Scrum Master

Your responsibilities:

• To gain respect of the team and be willing to get their hands dirty to get the job done.
• Be social and communicative, able to lead by example and demonstrate the values and behaviours of agile.
• Ensure the Scrum principles and concepts are being followed, be a voice of reason and make tough calls when necessary.
• Protecting the team from distractions and strive to remove impediments as they arise
• Coordinating communication between the team and all the team’s stakeholders, ensuring progress, challenges and performance data is captured and shared.
• Actively participate in the internal agile community, sharing ideas and ensuring alignment with other agile teams across the organisation.
• Be flexible and adaptable enough to look after 1 or 2 teams
• Take an active part in the software development process

Wymagania:

Your profile:

• You live and breathe agile, and continually learn new approaches
• You have in-depth knowledge of different Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
• You have previously worked as a Scrum Master/ Iteration Manager/ similar
• Ideally, you will be coming from a technical background (QA/ BA/ Dev)
• You are familiar with advanced visual management tools and techniques
• You have a positive, mature attitude and are passionate about creating brilliant products
• You’re fluent in English – written and spoken
• Certificates (CSM/ CSPO/ CSP) would be a definite plus!
